Furniture needs differ along the BT Road corridor.
Older flats in Baranagar, Sinthee and Belgharia often have uneven walls, odd corners and narrow staircases. Newer towers around Dunlop and Nagerbazar have compact rooms, beam drops and society rules on work hours.

A single piece such as a wardrobe or TV unit is priced on its size, core, finish and fittings.
A full furniture package covers wardrobes, beds, TV and crockery units and study furniture across the flat.
What shapes the figure: size and number of pieces, core material, finish, hardware brand, internal fittings, and whether each piece is built in the workshop or on-site.
Older Baranagar and Sinthee flats may need wall levelling before tall units go in, and the survey flags this before quoting.
